Georgia High School Basketball - Jenkins County beaten by Metter

The Metter Tigers were victorious over the visiting Jenkins County War Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 48-34 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Tattnall County Warriors (Reidsville, GA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, December 18. Metter will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Warriors enter the outing with a 3-0 record after their 72-18 non-league win over Claxton (Claxton, GA).

The War Eagles (0-9) will now prepare for their outing against Treutlen (Soperton, GA). The Vikings enter the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Treutlen was defeated by Hawkinsville (Hawkinsville, GA), 36-28, in a league outing.
