The Glide Wildcats basketball team scored 43 points and limited the visiting Rogue River Chieftains to 35 in the Wildcats league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Myrtle Point for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Glide will play a Bobcats team coming off a 64-46 non-league win over Camas Valley (Camas Valley, OR). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Rogue River falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Chieftains travel to Sutherlin (Sutherlin, OR) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A Far West game on Friday, December 20. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 4-2. Sutherlin won 57-42 in their recent non-league game against La Pine (La Pine, OR)
