The Caldwell Parish Spartans basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting St. Frederick Warriors to 48 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Monday.

The Spartans now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vidalia for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Caldwell Parish will meet a Vikings team coming off a 31-17 non-league win over Sicily Island (Sicily Island, LA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-4.

The Warriors (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against River Oaks (Monroe, LA). The Mustangs enter the 1A District 2 contest with a 1-12 record.
