Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Walla Walla Valley Academy Knights (College Place, WA) and the visiting Highland Scots (Cowiche, WA), saw Walla Walla Valley Academy's basketball squad knock off Highland by a count of 47-37.

With the victory, Walla Walla Valley Academy upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to McLoughlin (Milton-Freewater, OR) to play the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. McLoughlin lost 38-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Rainier (Rainier, OR)

Next up, the Scots play the Oroville Hornets (Oroville, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 21. Highland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
