The Upper Darby Royals basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Conestoga Pioneers to 36 in the Royals non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Royals now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridley for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21.

The Pioneers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Garnet Valley nudged Haverford (Havertown, PA), 42-39, in a non-league contest.
