The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Virginia Academy (Ashburn, VA). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Virginia Academy was routed by St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ), 78-48, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Stateliners encounter the North Hunterdon Lions (Annandale, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Phillipsburg will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 29-27 non-league loss to Bridgewater-Raritan (Bridgewater, NJ).
