South Carolina High School Basketball - Moravian Prep overwhelms Gaffney

December 20, 2023: Gaffney, SC 29341

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Moravian Prep Lions (Hudson, NC) and the host Gaffney Indians (Gaffney, SC), saw Moravian Prep's basketball squad wallop Gaffney by a count of 83-57.

With the victory, Moravian Prep upgrades its record to 13-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Bullis (Potomac, MD) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-0.

Next up, the Indians play the Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Gaffney will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 52-48 non-league win over Concord Academy (Concord, NC).
