The Warhill Lions basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Jamestown Eagles to 47 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Woodside for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Warhill will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 56-52 non-league win over Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-0.

With the loss, Jamestown falls to 1-5 on the year. The Eagles host Warwick (Newport News, VA) to face the Raiders in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 2-3. Warwick lost 61-53 in their recent non-league match against Heritage (Newport News, VA)
