With the win, La Plata upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Pikesville (Baltimore, MD) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Pikesville won 62-37 in their recent league bout against Douglass (Baltimore, MD)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Leonardtown Raiders (Leonardtown, MD) in a Southern Maryland bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Patuxent will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 50-45 non-league win over King's Christian Academy (Callaway, MD).
