Sanger Apaches (Sanger, CA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders (Fresno, CA), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Apaches confront the Kerman Lions (Kerman, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 30. Sanger will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record.

The Rough Riders now have a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Torres for a CMAC/NYL challenge on Tuesday, January 3. Roosevelt will confront a Toros team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA). The Toros record now stands at 3-1.
