Fordson Tractors (Dearborn, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Stevenson Spartans (Livonia, MI), 59-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Fordson upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Tractors travel to Center Line (Center Line, MI) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Center Line won 58-43 in their recent league bout against Clintondale (Clinton Township, MI)

Next up, the Spartans clash with the Carlson Marauders (Gibraltar, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Stevenson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Marauders go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 58-49 league win over Taylor (Taylor, MI).
