The New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL), 55-32 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Trevians (8-6) will now prepare for their test against St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL). The North Stars go into the non-league test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, St. Charles North walloped Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL), 64-6, in a non-league test.
The Scouts now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Maine West for a non-league test on Saturday, January 6. Lake Forest will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 40-35 league loss to Niles West (Skokie, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 6-5.
