The Canyon Eagles basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Little River Academy Bumblebees to 40 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now have a 15-4 record. They play next when they host Tascosa for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Canyon will confront a Rebels team coming off a 71-40 non-league win over Idalou (Idalou, TX). The Rebels record now stands at 18-3.

With the loss, Little River Academy falls to 15-4 on the campaign. The Bumblebees host Idalou (Idalou, TX) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 16-4. Idalou won 63-32 in their recent league game against Roosevelt (Lubbock, TX)
