Tupelo Golden Wave (Tupelo, MS) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Loretto Mustangs (Loretto, TN), 59-41 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Tupelo advances its record to 13-0 on the year. The Golden Wave travel to Perry County (Linden, TN) to encounter the Vikings in a non-league test on Saturday, December 28. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 5-6. Perry County lost 61-32 in their recent non-league test against Loretto (Loretto, TN)

The Mustangs (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Lauderdale County (Rogersville, AL). The Tigers come into the non-league test with a 11-0 record.
