Nevada High School Basketball - Bishop Gorman can't hold off Long Beach Poly

The Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Bishop Gorman Gaels to 53 in the Jackrabbits non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Jackrabbits now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Juan Hills for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Long Beach Poly will battle a Stallions team coming off a 60-43 non-league loss to South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA). The Stallions record now stands at 14-2.

The Gaels (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, South Pasadena edged San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA), 60-43, in a non-league contest.
