Indiana High School Basketball - Waldron trounced by Tri-Central

December 28, 2023: Sharpsville, IN 46068

The Tri-Central Trojans routed the visiting Waldron Mohawks basketball team by a final score of 65-35 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Sheridan Blackhawks (Sheridan, IN) in a Hoosier Heartland game, on Friday, January 5. Tri-Central will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Blackhawks enter the game with a 5-4 record after their 55-48 non-league win over Monroe Central (Parker City, IN).

With the defeat, Waldron moves to 4-4 on the year. The Mohawks travel to Triton Central (Fairland, IN) to face the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, January 5. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 7-3. Triton Central lost 47-40 in their recent non-league game against Norwell (Ossian, IN)
