New York High School Basketball - Thousand Islands holds off Morristown Central

The Thousand Islands Vikings basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Morristown Central Rockets to 40 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vikings now have a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Hammond Central for a non-league game on Friday, January 3.
With the loss, Morristown Central falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Harrisville (Harrisville, NY) to confront the Pirates in a Section 10 West game on Thursday, January 16. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 5-2.
