Ohio High School Basketball - Mineral Ridge tops Leetonia

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mineral Ridge Rams (Mineral Ridge, OH) and the visiting Leetonia Bears (Leetonia, OH), saw Mineral Ridge's basketball squad knock off Leetonia by a count of 58-48.

With the victory, Mineral Ridge upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH) to play the Clippers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Clippers come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Columbiana lost 70-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Heartland Christian (Columbiana, OH)

Next up, the Bears play the Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Leetonia will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 71-43 non-league loss to Champion (Warren, OH).
