Ohio High School Basketball - Washington trounces Lynchburg-Clay

The Washington Blue Lions (Washington Courthouse, OH) basketball crushed the visiting Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs (Lynchburg, OH), 68-40 in Friday's non-league test.

The Blue Lions (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Unioto (Chillicothe, OH). The Shermans go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Unioto walloped Alexander (Albany, OH), 65-23, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to North Adams for a Southern Hills test on Friday, January 5. Lynchburg-Clay will encounter a Green Devils squad coming off a 77-43 league win over Peebles (Peebles, OH). The Green Devils record now stands at 5-3.
