Greenville Green Wave (Greenville, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Fairborn Skyhawks (Fairborn, OH), 55-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Greenville upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Green Wave travel to Butler (Vandalia, OH) to play the Aviators in a Miami Valley - Miami bout on Tuesday, December 7. The Aviators go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Butler lost 66-54 in their recent non-league bout against Franklin (Franklin, OH)
Next up, the Skyhawks play the West Carrollton Pirates (West Carrollton, OH) in a Miami Valley - Valley bout, on Tuesday, December 7. Fairborn will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 66-55 non-league loss to Troy (Troy, OH).
