The Arlington Lions bounced the host Lynwood Knights basketball squad by a final score of 77-46 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Lions face the Rancho Christian Eagles (Temecula, CA) in a Ivy outing, on Tuesday, January 7. Arlington will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 6-9 record after their 48-46 non-league win over Fairmont Prep (Anaheim, CA).

The Knights (3-11) will now prepare for their outing against Mayfair (Lakewood, CA). The Monsoons enter the Gateway outing with a 12-3 record. In their last outing, Mayfair routed Metairie Park Country Day (Metairie, LA), 76-54, in a non-league outing.
