The Cross Creek Razorbacks (Augusta, GA) basketball were winner over the host Mid-Carolina Rebels (Prosperity, SC), 53-34 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Razorbacks now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to West Laurens for a AAA Region 4 bout on Saturday, January 4. Cross Creek will play a Raiders team coming off a 44-31 non-league loss to Houston County (Warner Robins, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-9.

With the loss, Mid-Carolina falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Newberry (Newberry, SC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-9. Newberry won 46-28 in their recent non-league bout against East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC)
