The Academy for Academic Excellence Knights (Apple Valley, CA) basketball were winner over the host Arroyo Valley Hawks (San Bernardino, CA), 32-17 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Silver Valley for a Cross Valley bout on Friday, December 6. Academy for Academic Excellence will play a Trojans team coming off a 50-38 non-league win over Barstow (Barstow, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Arroyo Valley falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Hawks host Workman (City of Industry, CA) to play the Lobos in a non-league bout on Monday, December 9. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Workman lost 63-20 in their recent non-league bout against Rosemead (Rosemead, CA)
