The Loudoun County Captains basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Liberty Eagles to 24 in the Captains non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Captains now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Independence for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Loudoun County will confront a team coming off a 54-12 non-league loss to Heritage (Leesburg, VA). The record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Liberty falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Warren County (Front Royal, VA) to confront the Wildcats in a Northwestern game on Friday, December 6. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 0-1. Warren County lost 42-34 in their recent non-league game against Strasburg (Strasburg, VA)
