The Liberty Panthers basketball team scored 35 points and limited the host West Orange-Stark Mustangs to 20 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Little Cypress-Mauriceville for a non-league game on Friday, December 6. Liberty will confront a Bears team coming off a 52-29 league win over Jasper (Jasper, TX). The Bears record now stands at 9-0.

With the loss, West Orange-Stark falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Buna (Buna, TX) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 8-5. Buna won 36-34 in their recent league game against East Chambers (Winnie, TX)
