South Umpqua Lancers (Myrtle Creek, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oakridge Warriors (Oakridge, OR), 77-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, South Umpqua upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Lancers host Elmira (Elmira, OR) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Elmira lost 44-26 in their recent non-league bout against Santiam Christian (Corvallis, OR)

Next up, the Warriors play the Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs (Roseburg, OR) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 21. Oakridge will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
