The Cook Hornets basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Clinch County Panthers to 41 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Brooks County for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7.
With the loss, Clinch County falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Panthers host Brantley County (Nahunta, GA) to confront the Herons in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Herons go into the game with a record of 4-2. Brantley County lost 38-25 in their recent non-league game against Wayne County (Jesup, GA)
