The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Branson Pirates (Branson, MO) and the visiting Waynesville Tigers (Waynesville, MO), observed Branson's basketball team overwhelm Waynesville by a margin of 70-27.

The Pirates (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Springfield, MO). The Bulldogs come into the Central Ozarks challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Central was trounced by Marionville (Marionville, MO), 63-32, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Osage Indians (Kaiser, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Waynesville will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 55-28 non-league loss to Linn (Linn, MO).
