The Valley Vikings (Hazelton, ID) basketball knocked off the host Oakley Hornets (Oakley, ID), 68-48 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Vikings (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Soda Springs (Soda Springs, ID). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Soda Springs notched a victory over Declo (Declo, ID), 35-27, in a non-league test.
The Hornets now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Wilder for a non-league test on Saturday, December 11. Oakley will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 63-29 non-league loss to Glenns Ferry (Glenns Ferry, ID). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-4.
