With the win, Simsboro upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Tigers host Quitman (Quitman, LA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Quitman won 52-15 in their recent non-league bout against Haynesville (Haynesville, LA)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Stanley Panthers (Logansport, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Atlanta will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 63-32 non-league win over Doyline (Doyline, LA).
