Lodi Flames (Lodi, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Kennedy Cougars (Sacramento, CA), 27-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lodi upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Flames travel to Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA) to play the Wolfpack in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Cosumnes Oaks lost 66-16 in their recent non-league bout against McClatchy (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Cougars play the El Dorado Cougars (Placerville, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 51-16 non-league loss to Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA).
