The Mesquite Skeeters (Mesquite, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting North Lamar Panthers (Paris, TX), 55-35 in Friday's non-league test.

The Skeeters (18-2) will now prepare for their test against Tyler Legacy (Tyler, TX). The Raiders go into the 6A Region II District 10 test with a 9-3 record. In their last test, Tyler Legacy notched a victory over Marshall (Marshall, TX), 68-22, in a non-league test.
