Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Baptist Prep Eagles (Little Rock, AR) and the visiting Perryville Mustangs (Perryville, AR), saw Baptist Prep's basketball squad knock off Perryville by a tally of 58-42.

With the victory, Baptist Prep improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Lamar (Lamar, AR) to play the Warriors in a 3A Region 5 challenge on Saturday, December 17. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 3-6.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Atkins Red Devils (Atkins, AR) in a 3A Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Perryville will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record.
