Nebraska High School Basketball - Palmer can't hold off St. Edward

The St. Edward Beavers basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Palmer Tigers to 55 in the Beavers league triumph on Friday.

The Beavers now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. St. Edward will battle a Dragons team coming off a 43-32 non-league loss to Elkhorn Valley (Tilden, NE). The Dragons record now stands at 1-2.

The Tigers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Twin Loup (Sargent, NE). The Wolves enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Twin Loup was nudged by Brady (Brady, NE), 48-36, in a non-league contest.
