In Saturday's non-league outing, the Holy Cross Academy Mustangs (Amarillo, TX) basketball squad edged the visiting Christ the King Cathedral Golden Lions (Lubbock, TX), by a margin of 53-52.
The Mustangs (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Pringle-Morse (Morse, TX). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 8-7 record. In their last outing, Pringle-Morse was tipped by White Deer (White Deer, TX), 46-34, in a non-league outing.
