The Tigers now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tom Bean for a 2A Region II District 14 battle on Friday, December 15. Bland will confront a Tomcats team coming off a 40-28 league loss to Honey Grove (Honey Grove, TX). The Tomcats record now stands at 2-6.

The (22-71) will now prepare for their battle against Edinburg North (Edinburg, TX). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 10-8 record. In their last battle, Edinburg North was overwhelmed by Lyford (Lyford, TX), 37-36, in a non-league battle.
