The Columbiana Clippers basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting David Anderson Blue Devils to 35 in the Clippers league victory on Wednesday.

The Clippers now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leetonia for a Eastern Ohio contest on Thursday, February 2. Columbiana will battle a Bears team coming off a 47-17 league win over Valley Christian (Youngstown, OH). The Bears record now stands at 3-14.

The Blue Devils (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Wellsville (Wellsville, OH). The Tigers come into the Eastern Ohio contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Wellsville dropped by East Palestine (East Palestine, OH), 35-24, in a league contest.
