Holy Cross Lancers (Delran, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Delran Bears (Delran, NJ), 43-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Holy Cross upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Lancers travel to Trenton Catholic Academy (Trenton, NJ) to play the in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Trenton Catholic Academy won 77-49 in their recent league bout against Burlington Township (Burlington, NJ)

Next up, the Bears play the Woodstown Wolverines (Woodstown, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Delran will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 72-33 non-league win over Pennsville Memorial (Pennsville, NJ).
