The Orangeburg Prep Indians basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Colleton Prep Academy War Hawks to 27 in the Indians non-league victory on Thursday.

The Indians now sport a 16-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Palmetto Christian Academy for a SCISA AAA Region IV contest on Friday, February 2. Orangeburg Prep will battle a team coming off a 73-36 league win over Thomas Sumter Academy (Dalzell, SC). The record now stands at 12-5.

The War Hawks (13-8) will now prepare for their contest against Cross (Bluffton, SC). The Stingrays come into the SCISA AA Region III contest with a 18-4 record. In their last contest, Cross triumphed over Charleston Collegiate (John's Island, SC), 53-23, in a non-league contest.
