In Thursday's league outing, the Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights (Tyler, MN) basketball squad beat the host Murray County Central Rebels (Slayton, MN), by a margin of 56-42.

The Knights (11-8) will now prepare for their outing against Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN). The Dragons go into the A Section 3 outing with a 12-9 record. In their last outing, Adrian/Ellsworth was topped by Edgerton (Edgerton, MN), 76-57, in a league outing.

The Rebels now own a 9-13 record. They play next when they host Hills-Beaver Creek for a A Section 3 outing on Monday, February 5. Murray County Central will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 51-16 league win over Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda (Okabena, MN). The Patriots record now stands at 12-8.
