The Pocahontas Indians (Pocahontas, IA) basketball crushed the visiting St. Edmond Gaels (Fort Dodge, IA), 69-33 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Indians (11-6) will now prepare for their test against West Bend-Mallard (West Bend, IA). The Wolverines go into the Twin Lakes test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, West Bend-Mallard was trounced by Northwest Webster (Manson, IA), 35-33, in a league test.
The Gaels now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Algona for a North Central test on Friday, February 2.
