Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Sullivan Redskins (Sullivan, IL) and the visiting Villa Grove Blue Devils (Villa Grove, IL), saw Sullivan's basketball squad wallop Villa Grove by a tally of 58-14.

With the victory, Sullivan improves its record to 16-10 on the campaign. The Redskins travel to Mattoon (Mattoon, IL) to play the Greenwave in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Greenwave come into the challenge with a record of 18-7.

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Cumberland Pirates (Toledo, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie challenge, on Monday, February 5. Villa Grove will attempt to improve on its 1-17 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 13-17 record after their 51-18 league win over Unity Christian (Decatur, IL).
