The Valley Indians basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Manchester Greyhounds to 27 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now have a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Waverly for a Southern Ohio III game on Monday, February 3. Valley will confront a Tigers team coming off a 63-60 league win over Portsmouth West (West Portsmouth, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 10-10.

With the loss, Manchester falls to 3-17 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Fairfield (Leesburg, OH) to confront the Lions in a Southern Hills game on Monday, February 3. The Lions go into the game with a record of 6-13. Fairfield won 57-14 in their recent league game against Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington (Ripley, OH)
