The Clayton Bears basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Winter Warriors to 39 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Flambeau for a Lakeland - East contest on Tuesday, February 14. Clayton will meet a Falcons team coming off a 62-36 league win over Bruce (Bruce, WI). The Falcons record now stands at 7-12.
The Warriors (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Lac Courte Oreilles (Hayward, WI). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-16 record. In their last contest, Lac Courte Oreilles was nudged by Mercer (Mercer, WI), 44-19, in a league contest.
