Grace Christian Grizzlies (Anchorage, AK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Soldotna Stars (Soldotna, AK), 46-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Grace Christian upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Grizzlies host Monroe Catholic (Fairbanks, AK) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Monroe Catholic won 66-50 in their recent non-league bout against Tikigaq (Point Hope, AK)

Next up, the Stars play the Tikigaq Harpooners (Point Hope, AK) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Soldotna will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Harpooners go into the bout with a 15-3 record after their 66-50 non-league loss to Monroe Catholic (Fairbanks, AK).
