The Beatrice Orangemen basketball squad scored 70 points and limited the visiting Plattsmouth Blue Devils to 61 in the Orangemen non-league win on Saturday.
The Orangemen (8-11) will now prepare for their outing against Waverly (Waverly, NE). The Vikings go into the non-league outing with a 8-11 record. In their last outing, Waverly defeated Lincoln Northwest (Lincoln, NE), 66-41, in a non-league outing.
The Blue Devils now hold a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Ralston for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 13. Plattsmouth will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 51-30 non-league win over Schuyler (Schuyler, NE). The Rams record now stands at 4-17.
