In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Reno County HomeSchool Sabres basketball team scored a good 46-35 triumph over the Chaparral Roadrunners.

The Sabres (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Smoky Valley Home Educators (Salina, KS). The go into the non-league contest with a 12-6 record. In their last contest, Smoky Valley Home Educators topped Reno County HomeSchool (Hutchinson, KS), 46-37, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Roadrunners battle the Belle Plaine Dragons (Belle Plaine, KS) in a contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Chaparral will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
