California High School Basketball - Evergreen Valley fells Milpitas

Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA), 42-28 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Evergreen Valley upgrades its record to 17-7 on the season.
Next up, the Trojans play the Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA) in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Milpitas will attempt to upgrade on its 11-12 season record. The Bruins go into the bout with a 15-8 record after their 59-42 league win over Gunn (Palo Alto, CA).
