The Heritage Mountaineers basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Lenoir City Panthers to 46 in the Mountaineers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mountaineers now possess a 20-9 record. They play next when they travel to Seymour for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Heritage will confront a Eagles team coming off a 64-54 non-league loss to Gatlinburg-Pittman (Gatlinburg, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 8-18.

With the loss, Lenoir City falls to 4-16 on the campaign. The Panthers host Loudon (Loudon, TN) to confront the Redskins in a 3A District 5 game on Friday, February 14. The Redskins go into the game with a record of 14-11. Loudon lost 90-70 in their recent non-league game against Tellico Plains (Tellico Plains, TN)
