The Midland Rebels (Midland, LA) basketball crushed the visiting Grand Lake Hornets (Lake Charles, LA), 80-49 in Monday's non-league test.
The Rebels (16-15) will now prepare for their test against Crowley (Crowley, LA). The Gent go into the non-league test with a 18-8 record. In their last test, Crowley was trounced by St. Martinville (St. Martinville, LA), 56-49, in a league test.
The Hornets now own a 6-22 record. They play next when they host Pitkin for a non-league test on Friday, February 16.
